Definitely would reccomend Ragnar to friends and family.Ragnar is a great running event that could introduce new runners to how fun the activity can be. Ragnar is also a great event for veteran runners looking to change up their usually race schedule and just have fun. And if said veteran runners wants a challenge can easily turn Ragnar into an Ultra.
